call me!

i was in wal*mart yesterday and a man asked me if i was in a relationship. i replied with, "yes, i'm married."(i was even wearing my wedding ring and i started flashing it around like i was trying to attract a magpie.)
then he asked if he could call me sometime. even after i said i was married. it was so weird. if i hadn't been taken aback by the utter weirdness and unabashed skeeziness of the line of questioning, i would have given him a piece of my mind. instead i stood there and blushed and wondered what kind of person does that? in the toy aisle at wal*mart. gross. what good is it to be a loudmouth, bossy know-it-all like myself if i stand there and say nothing when i finally get an opportunity to speak my mind!

and i wore this to church today. it just fell together. those are my favorite mornings to get dressed. when clothes want to be worn and just jump on my body without the help of singing mice or bluebirds.

Haha...oh walmart! I got hit on at a Subway restaurant the other day. I mean, I'm not gonna lie...it kind of made me feel good (esp. bc the guy wasn't creepy) but still. You could clearly see I was wearing a wedding ring! Who does that?!

Love the colors in this outfit! Looks like a pretty day where you are...I wanted to spend all day outside today it was so nice! Too bad it will be back in the 50s next week...

Wow, that is hilarious and disturbing at the same time.
Last time I was hit on I was at a hotel free breakfast, and the guy asked me if "there was a beauty convention in town". Yup he looked likes he sounds. :)
I remember your green Easter dress...love me some Chadwicks. It looks completely different how you styled it, you are so versitile Miss Luxe.

That's so funny! It reminds me of peopleofwalmart.com. It's hilarious and honestly, a little disturbing....you never know what you're going to see or experience when you go into a Walmart store! On the plus side, of course he hit on you...YOU'RE GORGEOUS! and this outfit is too cute! ~Serene

Haha, seriously who can blame the guy? I mean you are gorgeous! Especially in this outfit. I am absolutely loving the blues and greens. :)
Wal-mart is like the worst place to pick up on someone though, honestly, everyone there is creepy and I try to avoid eye contact at all costs. ha!

What a strange man! I'm not sure how I would have responded to that either.
Anywho, I really like the blue and green together:)

I went out with a girlfriend the other week and got hit on twice. The first I told him straight off I was married with a child and he claimed he'd only come over to 'make friends' but kept making sleazy comments until we told him to leave us alone. The second I did the same thing, he looked awkward so I said 'it's ok you can leave' and he just said 'thanks' and skuttled off, a much more honest reaction.
Anyway, I love this outfit, the colours go wonderfully together.

Wow - that is CREEPY! As if after you told him you were married it was going to be a turn on that he was all the more interested :) Reason # 987654321 why I dislike Walmart errands. Hahaha
