liberry and strawbrary

i'm going to disneyland this weekend. any suggestions on what to wear? i don't need to be fashionable. just comfortable. mini-backpack? fanny pack? jet pack? a bright pink velour sweatsuit with "juicy" written across the bum in rhinestones(insert sarcasm)??? is a skirt completely out of the question? what about my running sneaks? other keds style sneaks? what is disneyland like in february? anybody? i've only been to disneyworld. and it's hot and humid there all the time.

this is my dumbo impression:
sweater- gift
button up- jcpenney
skirt- jcrew
socks- target
boots- kohls

and a special treat:
legally blonde night circa 2001. i'm the unnatural blonde. and 6 items of clothing in this picture were mine, plus pink sunglasses and pink cuff. pepto!

So jealous, for me Disney is the ideal destionation, my parents give me the stinky eye everytime they ask where do I wanna go, cause I always say Disney! ... On what to pack, well I've done the juicy velour pants, is that bad? lol ... last time I brought a cross-body bag, it worked ... Hope you have a great time, can't wait to see lots of pictures!

Hope you had an amazing Vday! xo

Have fun in Disneyland. The weather can be sunny or rainy so check before you go. It's not humid there. I would bring a rain jacket so you don't have to mess with umbrellas.

Please don't wear keds. My mom did and her feet were killing her while my were happy in my tennis shoes.

I've never been to Disney - Land or World - so i'm of no help on that front. Have fun!!!!

And I'm kind of speechless to less the Legally Blonde picture on the blog. It's glorious! And yes, the skirt and shades I'm wearing are yours. I believe I crimped my hair as well. Using YOUR crimper, so add that to the list. Boom!

Oh yeah, and I like this look. I'm beginning to associate over-the-knee socks with boots and skirts as a signature heidiluxe look.

Disneyland? LUCKY!
When we took our kids (in two different trips, one with the older two- one with the younger two), I wore my Reefs everyday. They provide more arch support than my tennis shoes.
Have fun, you lucky duck!

Please don't tell me that you are a Scrubs fan too, cuz if you were, you would be, like, my perfect woman.

Wait, is that inappropriate? Ah well!

merci,
Shannan

I've been to Disney during February and it was a blast! But I was also 8 so I don't remember the weather, but I recall wearing shorts most of the time. Definitely pack a poncho as well - you just never know there!

Also, I LOVE your J Crew skirt and this whole outfit, SO cute!!

Disneyland, so fun! Wear your most comfy shoes, I wore my gym shoes that offer lots of support. You will walk A LOT!
I also took a cross body bag the smaller the better. We also took a back pack with jackets for everyone. It get's cold when the sun goes down. If you are taking a stroller just put it on the back, if not rent a locker to put it in. We also took snacks because the food there is so expensive.
Have a great trip!
