sorry to burst your bubble though but you missed your quinceanera by about 16 years. :) they had them all the time where i grew up.
p.s. you might not make friends too quickly in S.C. b/c all the ladies will be jealous of how pretty and SKINNY and tan you are! you might want to eat some red velvet cake/brownies before you move to loosen up the "tight as a tick" just a little. just sayin'
