i watched the LDS conference this weekend. a few thoughts really resounded to me, so much that i even wrote them down.
1. darkest times precede tremendous growth
2. challenge prepares us for something vitally important
3. an athlete who resists rigorous training will never become a world-class athlete
so
and since i consider myself a semi-pro athlete, it's time to buckle down and face whatever comes my way, and not just face it but make the best of it. can i can an amen?
t shirt- gap
dress- target
sandals- amanda smith
bytheway, should we bring back the knotted t-shirt? along with the shredded sleeve, beaded-hem, airbrushed t shirt? i always wanted one of those in the 2nd grade.
and since being serious just about kills me, here are some LOVELY and CLASSY outtakes:

Born To Be Styled
General conference rocks my world. Every time. I have to catch up on Saturday session still - we were soccering and volleyballing. I especially loved the do and be talk. And all the rest.
Love how you keep it real with pit stains.
I was fighting the trend for awhile but I think I may have to break down and buy a maxi dress.
hahaha at the outtakes! hilarious. and i do think we should bring back the knotted t-shirt cuz you are rockin it :)
Haha you are one courageous woman! For both the outtakes and the knotted shirt! It suits you well, but you are about the only person in the world I know who can pull this off ;-)
Relatable Style
love everything about this post, i really want to have the knotted shirt come back, while we are at it, how about the feathers clipped in the hair, the sweatshirt off the shoulder and overall the bohemian look? you are great!

Haha, I love the outtakes! I am not quite brave enough to display such photos, but kudos to you for being a brave soul and also giving me a good chuckle. :)

Love the outfit!! There's nothing better than a nice maxi dress. They are my absolute fav.
PS: thanks for stopping by my blog. That's so crazy we live in the same area... such a small world! I've been trying to find more bloggers in this area, so it makes me excited!!
